Amberley Gardhouse is a writer, teacher and dreamer from Owen Sound, Ontario.

Her love for literature and storytelling began in childhood, where she would spend countless hours writing plays for her neighbours and cousins to perform or escaping into a world of fantasy and adventure via the book hidden under her desk. This culminated in earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre from the University of Guelph. A lifelong love of learning and a passion for education lead her to obtain her Honours Bachelor of Education from Brock University and begin a career as an elementary school teacher.

When she's not lost in the world of words, you'll find her exploring the great outdoors with her husband (Sean), two spirited children (Indigo and Teddy), and her merry trio of canine companions (Bear, Bean and Dexter).
